First up is the new Margherita Raffaele, a fancy version with great big slices of mozzerella and splashes of pesto.

Very tasty…we need to find decent mozzarella to be able to do tis at home!
Second pizza was the Bianco Salmon, a white pizza with roasted salmon, asparagus and red peppers. Again, a really tasty pizza, and similar to some of the white sauces we’ve made at home.
